I purchased the planer from an auction in Lancaster Ohio. The machine owner told me he bought it at a sale and that it came out of Borden Labs in Columbus a number of years ago. It came with two sets of replacement blades as part of the auction. One set came in a box labeled "Anchor Hocking Glass Corp". The box is a perfect fit for the blades which leads me to believe it was purposely made for them. The Anchor Hocking Glass Corp box has Lancaster Ohio imprinted on one side. The planer is in overall decent condition for it's age. I ran a few test pieces of wood through it when I first got it but the motor soon decided it wasn't up to the task. I have since source an new old stock identical replacement motor.
