I am posting these photos because it is an early (very early, perhaps transitional) model of this saw. According to contributions to this discussion: https://owwm.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=248429 it features characteristics of both the prior Model 140 and new-in-the-1961-catalog-Model-143. It is a wood/metal saw. I don’t own this machine but whoever bought it got a great deal.
