I believe this to be a 1935 Walker-Turner bench drill press.
I think it's a 13 inch. complete with chuck key. not used in
40 + years. not rusted or pitted. needs a good cleaning.
leather pulley belt present but warped. Heavy and needs
2 guys to move it.
I'm disabled and two old (86) to play with it.
