Very Rare Baxter D. Whitney model 177 sliding tablesaw. The Whitney 177 is considered to be the best balanced and quietest saw. This is the very rare sliding table version! It comes with the factory fence and a factory miter gauge. Table rolls parallel to blade for accurate mitering. Unlike the Oliver 260 the table rollers are self cleaning and not troubled by sawdust. Table also extends away to accommodate dado blades. It is a 230 V machine. Extremely late serial number. Very good bearings and ready to use!
