Large wood lathe manufactured by P. Pryibil & Co. New York, NY. It probably dates form the 1920's given the electric motor's date. This is an extremely well built, very heavy duty wood turning machine. I believe I have all the parts including head & tail stock, many tool rests, bowl turning bases, stabilizer manufactured by W.H Field of Boston. I am also including a collection of lathe tools which I received with the lathe. I have several leather drive belts.
Distance between tail stock and head stock is 63". This would be great for newel posts, plant stands or columns for kitchen islands etc.
I am moving and need to find this awesome lathe a proper home. Thanks!
