Onsrud W-113E overarm router with optional milling machine table, this allows you to cut in three axis'. I've used this machine for a variety of precision routing operations for over 20 years, it also has a pin in the table for normal duplicating work.
Machine is 4hp 3 phase, Two speed motor; 21,000 & 14,000. Comes with a frequency convertor and transformers.
The 4 hp is enough to do raised panels, heavy pattern routing.
With the milling machine table I have done delicate inlays down to a 1/32" wide, sliding dovetails, louver grooves, dentil mold, fluted dentils, recessed pocket & cuts. Its only limited to your imagination. I have attached photos of various projects that I have used it for over the last 22 years.
