Lathe stand tool rest for outboard turning. Heavy iron stands 40" tall with a 24" foot print on three leg supports. Weighs about 55 pounds. NO MAKER MARK that I can see. Only guessing on American Machine. Head is adjustable up & down 5" Swings side to side. Socket will accept most any tool rest. Solid with no cracks or repair. Surface paint is missing. Pick up only in Indianapolis IN
