Vintage Powr-Kraft Wood Lathe sold by Montgomery Ward in the 50s and 60s. Was actually manufactured by Logan Mfg. 10 x 30 inches turning space. Was in rough shape when I found it. Rebuilt and refurbished, not restored. Has Craftsman 1/2 hp split phase motor. Mounted on spring board for tensioning when changing position of stepper pulley, 4 steps. 1800 rmp down to 600 rpm.
New handwheel, large safety on/off switch. Custom built bench. Have a few gouges of unknown origin. Would do in a pinch until you got a good set. I turned a couple of table legs for a patio table.
Casters included for additional $75. It's heavy and sturdy. You'll need a friend and a trailer to load this.
If shipping required, shipping and handling would be extra. |
