For sale is a nicely restored Porter Cable / Syracuse 15” Type D-1 Disc Sander. A unique feature of this Sander is it has an integral vacuum system which collects 90% of dust. Another feature is it has the ability to completely lower the table, giving full access to the disc for ease of sanding paper replacement. Table can be tilted 45 degrees down or 15 degrees up. Includes built in casters under the pedestal base for ease of moving around the shop.

Motor is 1/2HP, Single phase 110/220 volt (currently wired for 110 volt). Restoration included new Motor bearings.

This is a great machine for a fabrication shop, woodworking shop, or anyone looking for a solid vintage piece of American iron.

Machine runs and operates as it should.
