For sale is a complete, fully functional, and highly collectible Charles E. Francis & Brothers Sectional Screw Veneer Press. This is an authentic piece of American industrial history, manufactured in Cincinnati, Ohio, prior to 1907 (before the company relocated its foundry to Indiana).
At 66” long with a 17” throat depth, this is the highly sought-after compact size. It is the perfect footprint for a small custom woodshop, lutherie (guitar building), skateboard deck pressing, furniture edge-banding, or as an incredible historic industrial display piece.
Unlike modern vacuum setups, this heavy-duty cast-iron workhorse provides massive, uniform mechanical clamping pressure that is virtually indestructible.
