Sears, Roebuck & Co. - U.S.A. Dunlap Wood lathe model 534.0601 with outside calipers, rule, mallet, chisels, and many extra parts with cabinet with motor. (Two speeds on switch that is built into cabinet) I BELIEVE it is a 36" but I do not know what part to measure for that information. Very well taken care of. Will provide video/more photos of lathe running upon request. See photos for additional parts.
