In January 1905 the Canadian Corundum Wheel Co. was incorporated to make grinding wheels and grinding machines. The directors were Levi Sherk, H. L. Sherk, George F. Webb, William Bell, and A. S. Devine. In October of the same year the company merged with the Hart Corundum Wheel Co. to form the Canadian Hart Corundum Wheel Co.

    The Canadian Corundum Wheel Company, Limited, of Hamilton, Ont., has been incorporated, to manufacture corundum and emery wheels and emery wheel grinding machines. The share capital is placed at $40,000, and the directors at Levi Sherk, H. E. Sherk, George F. Webb, William Bell and A. S. Devine.

    The Canadian Corundum Wheel Co., of Hamilton, is enlarging its premises with the intention of starting a new industry. This new industry is the vitrifying of emery wheels. Goods of this sort to the value of $25,000 were imported last ear. This is the first manufacturing plant of its kind in Canada.

    The Hart Corundum Wheel Company and the Canadian Corundum Company of Hamilton have amalgamated under the name of the Canadian Hart Corundum Wheel Company, with a capital stock of $75,000. The applicants for the charter were the following: Charles D. Warren, ...
