Famous for its Erector construction toy sets, A. C. Gilbert Co. also manufactured portable electric drills, a small scroll saw, and a small pressed steel lathe. These items were part of its "Big Boy" line products aimed at youngsters. The products themselves that we've seen only have the name "Gilbert" cast into them, no mention of "A. C. Gilbert Co."
