A. F. Way Co. was an early power tool manufacturer. Their triangular "WAY" logo, as used on the A. F. Way drills we have seen, was copyrighted, and the copyright claim says that first use was October 13, 1922.
A. F. Way Co. was sold to Goodell-Pratt Co. in 1925. The A. F. Way electric drill and its accessory drill-press stand were henceforth sold under the Goodell-Pratt name.
