Tobin-Arp Manufacturing Co. was a leading manufacturer of machine tools for rebuilding gasoline and diesel engines, including line boring machines, pin fitting machines, valve guide and seat machines, and tool grinders. The web site WorthPoint has one sale of a portable right-angle drill or grinder with a Jacobs-style chuck by the company.

Tobin-Arp was established before 1941, and sold to Sunnen Products Co. on Dec. 31, 1985.
