Beginning in the 1950s the Winslow Product Engineering Corp. manufactured air-operated drilling machines. That product was soon joined by the "Winslowmatic" line of automatic drill grinders.
A 1966 manual for a Winslomatic Drill Point Grinder lists the company as Omark-Winslow Aerospace Tool Co., a subsidiary of Omark Industries, Inc.
In 1984 the Winslow corporation was acquired by Canadian conglomerate AMCA, which was also the parent company of Giddings & Lewis. The former Winslowmatic line became the "Winslow" line, and was sold under the Giddings & Lewis name.
