Witness Horatio Moses Spence manufactured this patent toolbox. After his death in 1924, his widow reorganized his business as Spence Machine Co. and continued manufacturing this toolbox among other items. A circa 1926 catalog from that firm gives this patent number for their "Reliable" brand contractor's tool boxes. |
