Waldemar Design and Machine LLC (WDM) is a manufacturing company that is a specialized builder of plate and angle roll bending machines in Tennessee. In the late 1960s the company started inside a small 24x28-foot concrete block farm shop in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. In 1975, WDM moved to Lebanon, Pennsylvania. During this period, it manufactured products such as sawmill equipment and RV frames. In the 1980s, the business relocated to Liberty, Kentucky, where it began focusing heavily on roll bending machines. In 1989, WDM officially began its specialized production and design of plate roll-bending and angle-rolling machines. Again, in 2015, Operations were moved to Spencer, Tennessee, which serves as the current home base.
