       The Holly Mfg. Co. was founded in 1859 in Lockport, NY by Birdsill Holly. It became one of the largest firms producing Holly patent Steam Engines and Pumps.

      The plant of the Holly Mfg. Co. was transferred to the Worthington Pump & Machinery Corp. on 15 Jul 1915.
