Capacity: Will take cutters up to 10” diameter. Arbors sent with machine provide for cutters not more than 2” thick.
Convex Cutters: True half circles can be ground on the periphery of cutters not less than about 4” diameter. Arcs of circles of less than 180° can be ground with a maximum radius of 2½".
Concave Cutters: A part of a circle somewhat less than a half circle can be ground on a cutter not less than about 4” diameter. Cutters not within the limits of the machine as regularly furnished can be ground by means of special ?xtures that can be furnished to meet any case within the capacity of the machine.
Countershaft: Has tight and loose pulleys 4” diameter for 1½” belt. Speed, 600 revolutions per minute.
Equipment: Grinding Wheel 4” diameter ½” hole. Gauge for setting tooth rest. Work arbors for 1”, 1¼”and 1½” holes. Wrenches as shown in cut.
Weight: Net of machine without countershaft, 270 pounds. Weight, including countershaft, boxed for shipment, 350 pounds.
