Comments:
My coworker and fellow OWWMer spotted this on CL, 01/10, posted as "Vintage Craftsman Jointer" and decided to take a peak. He sent me an email with the subject heading "This is the coolest thing". It was the perfect tool for my brother so I called. The seller said I was the first and didn't think he would sell so soon. It was his father's jointer and was in his brother's basement for years. He decided over Christmas break to make it shine in order to sell. He cleaned it up, painted it, added new blades and put on a switch. He wanted $95, but for my brother's situation he let me have it for $80. I was able to get a 1950's Craftsman 12" bandsaw from another OWWM'er for this same brother and he plans to paint it to match the jointer. I will post that tool when he is done.
