I acquired this shaper in a 2 shapers for the price of one. Both shapers are the same make and model. One was supposed to have a bad motor. Turned out that the bearing in one of the spindles was frozen. Nothing wrong with the motor at all. Both units run smooth and have made a dozen raised panel doors with no problems at all. Both shapers have 1 1/2 hp motors that are reversable. These were probably the last of American made shapers by Delta.
