Update- Since the purchase of this Jointer i have found a nice Early Cast Iron Base for it which it now sits on. Now that it is up and running when i get some time i would like to do a full restore but that is down the road tho. Even tho it may take months or even a year or more it is worth the time and effort to stay on the hunt for what you are looking for so on i go.
