I bought this through a local newspaper ad. It was rusty but the price was right. I disassembled it completely and cleaned and inspected all the castings. Lots of gunk but no real wear or cracks. It had a Leeson 5 hp motor which I sold and bought a new Baldor 3 hp from Plaza Machine.I replaced the starter with a new Delta from The Saw Center and made an adapter plate so as not to alter the cabinet. I also added a (yuck)plastic motor cover to aid in dust control because it was cheap and it fit. Also replaced the belts and bearings.I then came across a cast router wing and made a solid aluminum plate. After some effort tuning it up and dialing everything in it is very accurate. I built the outfeed table and also a big crosscut sled (not shown) for full sheets.I found this site after most of the work was done but got some great help from the forums.Thanks to all.
