I purchased the press from an individual that had used the drill press in a teaching environment. It was in relatively good condition, but was missing the original OEM switch, the belt cover had some small cracks, the power cord was brittle, the sides of the table had been broken and it had been painted bright yellow and bright green. A friend welded the aluminum belt cover, I found replacements for the power switch and table, I stripped the paint and painted Dark Machine Gray and Hammered Black. I was also able to find a Walker-Turner Mortising Attachment. The motor is not original to the saw, but is a satisfactory replacement until I can locate an original. It was cleaned, painted and lubricated.
