I purchased this machine on eBay from a seller located near Detroit. It has a dealer tag from Peninsular Machinery in Detroit. The machine comes equipped with the "Starburst" guards which helps narrow the manufacture date to the 1912-1916 date range.

The saw was designed for line shaft use. It has a flat belt pulley and the remnants of the engage/disengage lever. However, it was modified to be used with a stand alone motor.
