Found while I was at a shop in Breaside , Ontario, Canada looking at another machine .
it was sitting behind , unused and missing a starter .

It was quickly purchased for the asking price ,picked up a few days later with the help
of Jack (tool613)

It was rebuilt and repainted within hours of getting it back to the shop .
