Comments:

Acquired used in Rochester,NY ~1990 at Culver-Atlantic. Repainted, replaced upper bearings and axle, added dust collection port at lower wheel. Brake assembly is missing, except for horizontal shaft at bottom, because inside drive was altered by welding a hinged motor mounting plate. Power transfer is now 4-step pulley. Probably dates in range of 1947-1950.
