I bought this machine from a lady who's dad was a woodworker. It sat under a tent with only two side and got quite a bit of the Florida rain. The motor had been swapped to an underpowered 1hp and the arbor had quite a bit of runout. After a few weeks of grinding, sanding and painting I got this. I replaced the motor(2.5hp), arbor assembly, wheel handle and added a Variable Frequency Drive as a phase converter for the motor. This machine is as good as new.
