I picked this device up at a thrift store because I thought I could use it for a precision guide for a table saw. I have no idea what it is, but it is labeled with the following words; "PICA", "KEEP BLADES SHARP", "AMERICAN TYPE FOUNDERS", and "KEEP SAW OILED". It is graduated with numbers 0 to 60 and has a screw wormgear for adjusting the jaw. Can anyone help identify what this was used for originally? Thanks
