Comments:

Purchased from the city of Norwich CT at auction. Machine was listed as in "Fair" condition. Mostly complete and serial number dates it to 1949. There is a small anchor with the letters US stamped into the serial tag, maybe owned by the Navy originally?
The motor had been replaced with a Walker Turner 1 hp motor of approximately the same vintage
