Side head grinder for Planer and Molder pattern knives. The unit is mounted on a heavy duty base. Samuel J Shimer and Sons makers Milton Pa. USA. It still works but it is wired for 3 phase 440 volt. A classic piece to add to an old museum or set it up and use it. The unit weighs over 150 lbs
