I found this one in a rural shop in western NC that had just gotten a new 14" and this one got pushed into the corner. I think they got a good deal on the new one and decided to buy it instead of working on this one. It was in desperate need of a tune-up but, overall, everything seemed to be in really good shape. I ended up cleaning up the table, replacing the tires, throat plate, tension spring, thrust-bearings, and guide blocks. The bearings were actually in good shape. I cleaned up the guides and any other moving parts. It was ready to put into use after just a couple hours of work. It is a nice little saw and the base with built-in casters is really cool. It still has the original motor.
