Comments:
This saw was owned by my great uncle, who among other things was a carpenter. I know for fact is was used to build my parents house in the late 60's, as well as at least one other in the area. I suspect is was used on many more. At some point, my grandfather ended up with the saw. It was in his shop/garage for many many years. Just recently, I aquired it due to my grandfathers health. He had not used it in some time. It had been sitting in his garage, gathering dust and mud wasp nests. I cleaned it out, and it runs, but is pretty well used. The motor has a terrible sound upon start-up. I post photos here because at the time of posting, there were no saws like it in the database. I have already aquired a 12" RAS as a replacement.

The heighth adjustment is by rotateing the handle on the top of the column. The arm angle is locked by a lever on the column, which is hard to see in the photo.
