Comments:
This machine was by the side of the road for trash pickup. It was very rusty, but I was able to clean up the table to a point fit for functionality. I repainted with Rustoleum. The machine is 95% cast iron and very heavy. It cuts very well with the original motor that came with it (1 hp?). I installed a new Freud 60-tooth blade. I previously owned an 8-inch of the same era. I believe it was a King Seeley similar to this 10-inch. I gave my 8-inch to my son when I got a 10" Powermatic model 66 about 5 years ago. I used the 8-inch for 30 years, and made a lot of very nice furniture with it. This ten inch will serve for fixed rabbiting setups and such.
