Comments:

Picked up in Toronto today and safely home in the driveway. Will be a restoration project in the spring. Original colour and elaborate pinstriping visible under later paint. I'm guessing that the lower wheel was replaced at some time as it doesn't match the serpentine top wheel. More photos once the restoration is underway/complete.
