Bought the drill press from a gentleman in Swanzy, NH on 12/12/2012. He obtained the little drill press from his Dad, a machinist who had his own shop. Dad, the machinist recently pass away at an age of 91.

EDIT: This entry was updated on 12/15/12 to update some of the machine specifications entries. Based on the serial number the manufacture date is 1952. The convention for this drill press is to use the casting number from the head as its model number designation (DP220). This drill press has the slow speed attachment, which makes it suitable for use in both woodworking and metalworking. Admin:dg
