This is a nice saw. It has bogged down a few times when pulling it through thick boards, which makes me think that the blade is not aligned perfectly with the travel along the arm. I need to go through and adjust it, but it is a nice machine. I bought it as a temporary user saw, but until I get a larger saw working, I intend to keep using it. The seller drove this to my door two years ago and dropped the whole thing off for $100. Although I don't plan to keep this machine forever, I do consider it to be a really nice piece of equipment and I plan to pass it along some day to somebody else who will appreciate its quality. In this size and weight, this is about as nice an RAS as I have found. I know DeWalt made some 10" saws with a bit more power starting with the GWI models, but I am a sucker for the cast iron handle, round arm machines, of which I think this is the nicest 10" one they made.
