Bought it through CraigsList for $100. It is missing the depth stop assembly and the casting is broken at the point where it supports that assembly. The plastic "Atlas" logo on the front has only a portion of the first "A" and the "s" with the middle part missing. It also does not have a column cap. But it does have a full pulley cover!
I plan to restore it.

Edit: I am in the middle of restoring it and I saw that the drive sleeve is made of nylon, if that helps anyone trying to estimate dates by serial number.

Edit #2: I finished the restoration except for fabricating a new logo, buying a depth stop mechanism and fixing the broken casting.. Photo #2 below is the "after" photo.
