Bought fully functioning, but with old crude brushed on house paint . Used occasionally for 9 years, swapped little taper to threaded adapter and craftsman chuck for a free and much larger 1/32-5/8 monster chuck, direct fit! Did full restore recently when moving into my new shop. Pardon my mess, moving/setup in progress.
