This lathe has some early features such as early type tail stock, 60degree included angle ways, and a very unusual type of feed system although some parts are missing. Top of cross slide marked; N H Baldwin

N H Baldwin is in an arc and all lathe parts are cast except the feed rod and machined parts. Headstock, tailstock cross slide gear holder and rear extension are all cast. There are no markings on feed handles which are very small.
Lathe is @ 41 inches long and easilly carried. I believe the faded green paint is original to the piece. I have become to believe it was a piece to show to potential investors or a proto type. I have had it for a few years but recently got it out of the box. I will be more than happy to answer any questions or send more photos.
