I just bought this lathe on Kijiji from a seller in Lindsay Ontario. It was purchased by her husband in the 1960s. He now has Alzheimer disease and she is selling his tools. It is the best example I have seen of these small prewar Beaver lathes. It has its original paint including the gold Beaver letters, the colourful decal, and the oil reservoir cover, which some one has thoughtfully wired to the machine.
