I bought this machine from a guy in Missoula MT. He had several of the them. Apparently he had bought them from a school auction. The machine was pretty complete. It was disassembled but most pieces where there. It was missing a tool rest (which I would like to find a reasonably priced original). While it was disassembled I replaced all the bearings and seals. The machine came with 1 hp 3 phase motor. I bought a new 1 hp 1 phase motor. Painted and reassembled. Eventually I reinstalled the original motor with a VFD. I am glad I did. I really like the added speed control. I use the VFD in conjunction with the reeves drive.
