This took several months of researching to identify this machine. As of this posting no other photographs were found on the internet except one, which was also seeking identification at another website. The original posting asking for help to I.D. this is below:

Also, the only identifying information found were two ads from Popular Mechanics magazines in the 1920's. The artist rendition of the "Canedy Otto Utility Drill" ad is an exact match, marketed to auto repair and machine shops. The second ad can be found on the main C-O page on this site following the company history. The ad is for the "Complete Machine Shop - Five in One" machine which includes other attachment machines including a drill press which is very close to the actual drill press and lead to the identification of this one.
The three main castings of this machine have clear casting numbers of 30-1, 30-2 and 30-3. I am suggesting that this might be a Model No. 30, but that is not confirmed. The flat belt/pulley guard with attached badge are missing from this machine, otherwise it seems to be complete and original.
