I Bought this sight-unseen via online auction. I had bought a larger item and was looking for anything else that might be worthwhile since I was going to be making a trip anyway. I saw a scroll saw that said "Atlas" on it for cheap and I grabbed it.

When I saw it in person it was smaller than I had realized, but looked like a good user. It was dirty, table was rusty, the upper tensioner was stuck fast with oil/sawdust gunk, and everything was so precariously bolted to a piece of wood that it was impossible to get belt tension. It took about 3 hours to get it cleaned up and running smoothly. Still haven't touched the mounting. I'll probably offload it and look for something bigger, so I might not bother. Luckily the motor was in superb condition. When I first tested it, it was so quiet that I actually had to touch the shaft to ensure that it was running.

Comments: As purchased. It's difficult to see, but the motor is positioned so that half of it is hanging off the back of the wood plank.

Comments: After some TLC. Unfortunately the machining lines in the table didn't show up in the photo. Attractive arcing pattern.
