Comments:
I found this machine along with 3 others in an older gentleman's barn, and bought the lot.

The saw is essentially complete, only missing the blade guard and drive belt guard, assuming it originally came with either one of them. Its not shown, but I also have the original fence with the cool top action locking lever. The arbor bearings seemed to be in reasonable shape when I ran the saw, although it may be a bit too soon to tell.

I intend to do a full restoration, including de-rusting and some paint, although the crinkle paint on the base may be hard to duplicate.

**UPDATE** The restoration is complete. I found some cool grill type table extensions, the long fence bars to go along with them, and a stand from a scrapped newer beaver. The second picture shows the saw mocked up with these installed. The stand is really a Delta flared leg TS stand and made an adapter plate from 3/4 plywood.

The motor that came with the saw had no poop left and would stall ripping a 2x4, and the original cast pulley vibrated badly. I swapped in a Walker Turner 3/4 hp, 3450 rpm unit I had laying about. Performance is much better now, and will improve further when I get the steel pulley set and a power twist belt. As it is, the saw passes the nickel test (barely).

I haven't found a blade guard assembly that anyone is willing to part with, but that's just for show anyway. The crappy switch has to go, but I have some nice delta push button switches, so I will put one of these on soon.
