Comments:
I bought this used and know I've owned this thing over 30 years but can't remember how/when I got it. I like the heavy solid extensions that home machines just don't have anymore. The top looks like a Unisaw. I recently replaced the plastic tilt clamp locking nut with a new one made of metal. I've discovered others owning this tool have had the same problem. I was amazed the Delta web site (www.deltamachinery.com) had a parts diagram for this tool and had the part I needed (in '05 a new tilt clamp part #1087581 & drive belt was about $60).
I also went to a salvage yard and bought longer pipes for the fence guides & can now cut right or left without having to move the guides. That is pretty cool! The little 2-1/2 hp motor spins down a little for 4" stock but even the big ones do (just not as much).

Comments: Repaired & cleaned to go! Solid base cabinet came with it, better than the spread legs kind I think. Collects sawdust better too!

Comments: Had to tear into mechanism to figure out why blade tilt would not lock. Plastic tilt nut (round black thing) was broken. The replacement part is made of metal so should hold up better.
