Found outside of a garage under cover but exposed to the weather. Nothing would move, but being made of cast iron and weighing a ton, I had to give it a try. I took it completely apart and started soaking the rusty mess and wire brushing. I replace both lower and upper pair of bearings. Bohls Bearing of San Antonio worked with me to find workable replacements. The re-installation of the Jacobs screw on tapered chuck was a bit challenging to reduce run-out.
