Listed on eBay April/May of 2016, located in Ashland, PA. Looks like it has an extra base plate. Listing Description:

5 HP motor; Belt driven; Comes with one 76 inch face plate;
Comes with one 24 inch face plate; Comes with a stand-alone tool rest;
You can mount a face plate on either side of the drive head. If a pit were installed under the back side of this lathe, one could cut whatever size pattern desired.
