I acquired this lathe off of Craigslist today after a long drive to Weaverville, CA. The PO found it at a yard sale but really had no other information than that. However, there are some indicators as to where it spent it's early years. Engraved into the Delta badge is F._.S.D. (second letter looks like "U" but can't be sure) so it looks like it might have been in a school wood shop or in the maintenance shop. Additionally, there is a inventory sticker that reads "International" along with a number, though that isn't too revealing about where that may have been. The lathe features a 3/4 HP motor with the original pull rod, and of course the original cast iron stand. All this for $120 plus 500 miles of driving.
